Kurzanleitung zum zerlegen and zusammenbaus des Braun shavers-Typs: Syncro /SyncroPro /Activator /Complete

drive change - housing /Langhair trimmertausch - storage battery /circuit board austausch

Zerlegen:

1) Mit einem small em slotscrewsdreher seitlich unter the des Stromconnectiones fassen (an deren Schmalseite) and diese ablevern

2) the Seiten parts from the bottom her weg flapn, dann oben aushängen and abnehmen

3) all 4 housing screws entfernen (TORX-8 screws)

4) the beiden housing hälften vorsichtig auseinanderziehen

5) the completee drive unit mit Schwenkframe herausnehmen

6) Danach the circuit board / PCB module herausnehmen

Zusammenbau:

1) bluee predectionschicht muss auf the circuit board remove become! (Kontaktpredection)

2) Danach in umgekehrter Reihenfolge wie beim Zerlegen vorgehen, aber noch the following Punkte note

3) Vor dem einlegen the circuit board / PCB module must the switch in Position "AUS" stand! the Schaltkontakt must in den Führungen am housing rand laufen

4) Beim einlegen the circuit board / PCB module must the spigot des housing vorder parts genau in the hole zwischen den beiden Motorkontakten eingreifen

5) the drive unit in the housing -Vorder part einsetzen, daß the Pin the Schaltsliderkulisse in the Öse des sliders the Kopf carrierverriegelung eingreift

6) Beim aufsetzen des housing -Rück parts darauf achten, daß the Biegung an seinem oberen Ende am Schwingkopf from oben zur Motorabseal / gasket hin aufliegt.
